SWAN is an independent advocacy charity with over 10 years experience in providing advocacy services to adults in Wiltshire.

SWAN supports and empowers individuals to ask for the information and services they need in order to improve their own health and well being.

SWAN provides generic and specialist advocacy services, including specialist IMCA, DOLS and IMHA services. We provide both short terms, issue - based advocacy and longer term citizen advocacy.
