SWAN provides Independent Advocacy and Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy across South, North and West Wiltshire and Kennet. Independent Advocacy helps you SPEAK UP, SPEAK OUT and say what is important to you. SWAN focuses on adults who because of illness, disability or age may have difficulty speaking up or speaking out about issues that are directly affecting their life and choices.
